1 hour & 30 min introduction to the MELT Method techniques.
Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early for the workshop.
PS – What’s the deal with arriving early? It can be stressful when things don’t go work smoothly and MELT is all about quieting the stress response. Allow extra time to park, set up your space, get settled, and check in. Late arrivals are disruptive and won’t be admitted or refunded.
