The ultimate goal of private lessons is to enable to you to perform the specialized MELT Method techniques on your own to help your whole body feel better and function more efficiently. It only takes 10 minutes a day, three times a week to begin to experience positive changes.
Two to three private sessions are recommended to develop a solid MELT self-care foundation.
