During MELT Method private sessions, you’ll learn customized MELT techniques, tailored to meet your unique goals and concerns, based on a detailed health and history questionnaire you’ll complete prior to the session.

Private sessions provide customized MELT Maps to help your whole body feel better and function more efficiently. It only takes 10 minutes a day, three times a week to begin to experience positive changes.

Two to three private sessions are recommended to develop a solid MELT self-care foundation.
