This MELT Neurostrength class is designed to help reduce mental and physical stress and anxiety, boost your immune system, and mobilize your body.
Join via Zoom by 5:10 pm to check in and get settled. Class begins promptly at 5:15 pm. I’m unable to check in late arrivals. The current Zoom code is provided in the monthly email.
A MELT roller, ball kit, and resistance band are needed to fully participate in this class.
