Online Yoga Class

An event every week that begins at 6:45 pm on Tuesday, repeating until May 11, 2020
During this time of change, it is helpful to maintain your wellness routine. Here is an article describing how yoga boosts your immune system and reduces inflammation. Self-care is the best health care, so let’s do it together!
Join by 6:40 to check in and get settled. Class will begin at 6:45. Once I begin teaching, I’m unable to check in arrivals.
Download and install the the Zoom app to your device (phone, laptop, tablet) prior to class. I will not be reachable via email after 6:15 pm. If you experience technical difficulties, I’m unable to address them while teaching.
During class, please mute your line, so everyone has a focused, restorative, and relaxing experience.
Class is $10, payable by via credit card here. I have invested in technology to offer this online class and greatly appreciate your support.
This is a unique time and, while some people are able to work from home, I understand others are not. If you are unable to pay for this class, please email me, so I can help you continue your yoga practice.
Preparing Your Space
- Set up in a quiet and open area, if possible
- Try to have good lighting, so I can see you well
- Plan to turn off your cell phone, so you can fully focus on your practice (if you are using your phone for the session, please silence it)
What to Wear:
Wear comfortable clothing that allows full range of motion.
In addition to a personal yoga mat, it’s always a great idea to have a glass of water, a strap, and two blocks. If you don’t have a strap or blocks, I have some available to purchase.
I like to have fun on my mat and hope you will too. Yoga is for everybody and every body and I cultivate a welcoming class environment that is open to all ability levels. Yoga should not be intimidating or painful!
